| Joseph P. Mockler Joe is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A., 1987) and the University of British Columbia (LL.B., 1990). He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1991. Joe practises in the areas of corporate and commercial insolvency, banking law, the enforcement of creditors' rights, creditor priorities, and related banking litigation. He regularly acts for and advises financial institutions respecting security, debt restructuring, and recovery. He also regularly advises chartered banks on issues of banker-client rights and obligations. He appears in both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
