| Frank Dorchester Frank obtained B.A. and LL.B. degrees from U.B.C. before being called to the Bar in 1974. Since then, he practiced as a trial lawyer as a member of the Provincial Crown Counsel Office, as a member of the litigation department of a large Vancouver law firm, and as a sole practitioner, before joining Poulsen & Company in 1998. He has both prosecuted and successfully defended the most serious of charges in the Criminal Code and he has also been counsel on a wide range of legal issues in civil law, including commercial, family law, personal injury and insurance litigation. He appears in all levels of courts in British Columbia, and has appeared before the Securities Commission of British Columbia and the Canada Labour Relations Board. Frank has guest lectured for the Law Society's Professional Legal Training Course for articled students on both criminal law and civil litigation advocacy, and he has been a speaker at Continuing Legal Education Society and privately sponsored seminars on disability insurance. contact@poulsenlaw.com |
